About Offices on the Park
Offices on the Park is a South Australian Serviced and Virtual offices company that has continued to operate successfully since 1993 and are committed to enhancing their tenants’ corporate image, assisting in their business growth and providing a unique and professional destination. Tenants enjoy specialised work accommodation in a vibrant, modern and diverse office environment with a pleasant ambience. Located along the highly sought after Greenhill Road business precinct, their offices overlook the South Parklands and are within 2km of the Central Post Office and 6km of the Adelaide Airport, close to the cosmopolitan cafe’s of King William and Unley Roads.
When Offices on the Park approached Caznet to review their internet service they had a single, low speed internet connection which was connected to a flat, shared internal network and single firewall used by all tenants. The demand from Offices on the Park’s tenants for enterprise grade high speed internet access and private, secure networks had grown beyond the capabilities of the existing 50 Mbps shared internet service. Tenants required consistent access to bandwidth, the ability to have their own public IP addresses enabling remote access and hosting of their own servers as well as the ability to run their own small networks which were isolated and separated from other tenants.
Caznet delivered a private 10 Gigabit fibre service to Offices on the Park which was connected to our high speed Adelaide network. Access switches were installed in communications rooms throughout the building and each tenant suite provided a 1 Gigabit ethernet connection for connecting their own router and network to the new service.
Tenants at Offices on the Park can now order their own enterprise grade internet connection which provides them access to dedicated bandwidth and unmetered data usage with speed choices of 50/20 Mbps, 100/40 Mbps or 250/100 Mbps. Each connection includes a static public IP address and is connected directly to the tenants own private router and network providing isolation from other tenants and the ability to remotely access their network and servers.
Offices on the Park now has access to a new revenue stream without the hassle of maintaining the equipment and back office services required to run an ISP.
At the time the contracts for our phone systems, network and internet connections came due we were also looking to re-locate our Perth office to a new purpose-built facility. We took this opportunity to review our entire approach to our IT systems and evaluated options from several providers. Caznet was selected because they were able to offer a bundled solution which met our needs in the data centre, connectivity between our sites and improved our phone system. The solution has delivered a better infrastructure for our business and reduced our costs.
