Thirteen providers terminate at the Adelaide CBD data centre. Access to any of them is by cross connect — single-mode fibre run between your rack and theirs, within the facility. Traffic does not traverse the public internet.
Rack pricing does not vary with the provider selected, and no surcharge applies to a cross connect reaching a provider other than Caznet. Providers not currently on-net can be brought in, subject to their own build timeframes.
Providers reachable by cross connect
Providers not listed can be brought into the facility. Lead time is determined by the provider's own build.

Ordering process
What carrier neutrality means here
Provider selection
Rack pricing does not vary with the provider selected. No surcharge applies to a cross connect reaching a provider other than Caznet.
Path diversity
Multiple providers terminating on separate infrastructure within the facility support genuinely diverse services. Diverse circuits ordered from a single carrier may still share infrastructure.
Provider changes
Changing provider requires a cross connect and a cutover window. Relocation of equipment is not required.
Concurrent services
Services from multiple providers can be terminated in the same rack concurrently, across separate cross connects.
Private cloud connections
Megaport is on-net at the facility. Private connections to the major cloud providers are provisioned over the Megaport platform.
Dedicated private circuit to AWS. Consistent throughput, lower latency than internet-based access, and predictable data transfer charges.
Private connection to Microsoft Azure for hybrid workloads, Microsoft 365 data flows and Azure Virtual Desktop traffic.
Private connectivity to Google Cloud for GCP workloads, BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
Bandwidth, cloud region and Megaport account arrangements determine the design.
Three ways to take connectivity
Rack pricing is the same in each case.
On-net provider
Order from any provider on-net at the facility. Caznet arranges the cross connect. The service agreement is held directly with the provider.
Provider not currently on-net
A provider not currently terminating at the facility can be brought in. Lead time is determined by the provider's own build and should be established before committing.
Caznet-delivered
Rack space, internet and private WAN on a single invoice. The cross connect to the Caznet network is included. Optional.

The fibre run and termination within the facility is short. Overall lead time is generally determined by the provider's own provisioning of the ordered service. Raising the cross connect request at the time the service is ordered allows both to proceed in parallel.
-
