The facility is at 172 Morphett Street, in the west end of the Adelaide CBD, and has operated since 2015. It houses quarter, half and full racks with power allocations from 0.5kW to 6kW, fed by redundant A+B feeds from dedicated onsite SAPN transformers, backed by dual UPS systems and N+1 diesel generators.
Thirteen providers are on-net, each reachable from your rack by single-mode fibre cross connect. Access is 24/7 by biometric verification and swipe card, and every access event is logged. The facility carries a contractual 100% power availability SLA with defined service credits, and we welcome site visits so you can inspect it before committing.

The facility sits in the west end of the Adelaide CBD — walking distance from the city centre and about 15 minutes by road from Adelaide Airport.
Reachable inside a working day
A CBD address keeps the rack within reach of a working day for staff based in the city.

The west end of the CBD is where Adelaide's carrier infrastructure concentrates. That is why thirteen providers terminate here, and why cross connects reach them over metres of fibre rather than a metro tail circuit.

Deliveries and equipment

Power train
Four independent stages, each able to carry the load when the one before it fails.
Plan for single-supply equipment. A+B feeds only protect hardware that can accept both. Appliances, older switches and consumer-grade equipment with one power supply should sit behind a transfer switch, or be accepted as a known single point of failure.
Cooling and environment
N+1 precision air conditioning, monitored continuously alongside power.
Fire detection
VESDA — Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus — sampling the data hall continuously.
Access control and surveillance
Controls applying at the facility perimeter, the data hall and the individual rack.
Rack space
Space by the rack unit in a shared cabinet, or a locked cabinet of your own. Both sit in the same data hall on the same power, cooling and security.

150 W, with one C13 outlet on each of the A and B feeds. A single server, firewall or appliance.
2RU
300 W, with two C13 outlets on each feed. A server plus a switch or firewall, or a pair of servers.
4RU
500 W, with two C13 outlets on each feed. A small stack — compute, storage and network.
Quarter rack — 9RU
0.5kW to 1kW. Typically a disaster recovery footprint, a backup target, or a network edge presence.
Half rack — 20RU
1kW to 3kW. The usual size for an organisation retiring a head-office server room.
Full rack — 42RU
2kW to 6kW, with higher densities available on discussion. Platform hosting and larger consolidations.
Providers on-net
Thirteen providers terminate in the building. A cross connect from your rack reaches any of them, and a provider not currently on-net can be brought in.
