  • Yes — your existing local, mobile or 1300/1800 numbers port across to Caznet. The first port per service is free. We manage the porting paperwork with your current carrier and schedule the cutover with you.

  • Depends on which option you choose. Cloud Hosted PBX plans include handsets as part of the plan. SIP Trunks reuse your existing PBX and handsets. Teams Calling uses the Teams app on desktop or mobile, with optional Teams-certified handsets available.

  • All our phone services include automatic call forwarding — if your internet fails, inbound calls divert to a nominated mobile number with no manual intervention required. We can also configure complex failover rules across multiple sites or staff. For mission-critical voice, we recommend a backup internet connection (4G/5G or a second NBN service).

  • Yes — on-site installation is included for Cloud Hosted PBX customers in the Adelaide metro area at no extra cost. Our Adelaide-based team will install handsets, configure call flows and train your team. There are no call-out fees and no ongoing support charges.
