Depends on which option you choose. Cloud Hosted PBX plans include handsets as part of the plan. SIP Trunks reuse your existing PBX and handsets. Teams Calling uses the Teams app on desktop or mobile, with optional Teams-certified handsets available.

All our phone services include automatic call forwarding — if your internet fails, inbound calls divert to a nominated mobile number with no manual intervention required. We can also configure complex failover rules across multiple sites or staff. For mission-critical voice, we recommend a backup internet connection (4G/5G or a second NBN service).
