Frequently asked questions
-
No. The configurator uses our published rate card and gives an accurate indication of the monthly and setup cost, but a formal quote is issued by our team once we have confirmed the details — particularly your actual power draw, and any connectivity back to your own sites, which is quoted per requirement rather than from a rate card.
-
Each allocation reserves a defined share of power and cooling capacity, and those are the options we sell. If none of them fits what you are housing, tell us the equipment and we will confirm the right package.
-
No. Every figure is ex GST, consistent with the rest of our published pricing. The summary shows the GST-inclusive monthly figure separately so you can see both.

Yes. Every colocation service — from a single rack unit to a full rack — includes 100 Mbps of unlimited internet on a 1 Gbps port. A rack is handed off as single-mode fibre, wires-only — no NTD or media converter, so your equipment must terminate 1 Gbps SMOF. Per-RU packages are handed off as copper Ethernet. Faster speeds are 1 Gbps at $340/mth and 10 Gbps at $2,760/mth. You remain free to take transit from any of the other twelve providers on-net instead.
-
Dark fibre and managed point-to-point Ethernet between your premises and the data centre are priced on the route, the distance and the capacity, so there is no rate card to calculate from. Tell us the sites involved and we will quote it alongside whatever you configure here.
-
It reaches our Adelaide team, who confirm availability, check the power sizing against what you are housing, and issue a formal quote.
