The problem

CITC is a South Australian training organisation delivering education and workforce development programs.

After securing a large training contract, the organisation needed to rapidly scale its infrastructure to support a higher volume of students and increased demand on its systems. Their existing internet and Wi-Fi environment was not capable of supporting this level of usage, creating a risk to service delivery.

In addition, their phone system was experiencing significant call quality issues, impacting communication with students and stakeholders.

What we did

Caznet delivered a high-performance connectivity solution to support the increased operational demand.

This included provisioning a 1 Gbps fibre internet service to provide the bandwidth required for a high-density training environment. Managed Wi-Fi was deployed throughout the learning spaces, ensuring consistent and reliable wireless coverage for students and staff.

Following this, Caznet replaced the existing phone system with a hosted business phone system, resolving call quality issues and providing a more reliable communications platform.

The result

CITC now operates on a high-speed, reliable network capable of supporting large numbers of students and modern, internet-based training delivery.

The managed Wi-Fi solution provides consistent coverage across learning areas, improving the experience for both students and staff.

The new phone system has eliminated previous call quality issues, ensuring clear and reliable communication with students and external stakeholders.
