About this service
Caznet's Cloud Hosted PBX is a fully-featured business phone system delivered over the internet. All call processing and system features are hosted in the cloud by Caznet. Intended for business use only. Not suitable for residential use or high-volume call centre applications.
What you need
A broadband internet connection is required (not included in this plan — see Caznet's internet plans). Handsets and/or the Caznet softphone app are required to use this service — handsets are available for purchase from Caznet. Each concurrent call channel requires approximately 100 Kbps of bandwidth.
Availability
Available to businesses Australia-wide with a compatible internet connection. Installation and setup are included free of charge within the Adelaide metropolitan area. Sites outside Adelaide metro will be quoted prior to commitment.

- Local, national, mobile, 13/1300/1800 calls: included
- International calls: per Caznet rate card — contact us
- Additional numbers: $1.00/number/month (inc GST) beyond plan limit
- Number porting — first batch: $0 (free)
- Number porting — subsequent batches: $250 per batch
- Handsets: purchased separately — pricing on request
- Installation, setup & training (Adelaide metro): $0
- Installation outside Adelaide metro: quoted prior to commitment
Billing
Billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month for that calendar month (e.g. 1 January covers 1–31 January). New services are billed from the service start date to the end of that month, then monthly thereafter.
Payment
Direct debit, credit card, or EFT. Payment details are shown at the bottom of your invoice.

Bundling
Not required. The phone system operates independently of your internet provider, however a reliable broadband connection is needed. Caznet recommends pairing with a Caznet business internet plan for best results and single-provider support.
Qualifications — when service may be restricted or cancelled
Caznet may suspend or cancel this service if you: fail to pay your account; breach our Acceptable Use Policy or service agreement; engage in abusive conduct toward staff; or as required by law.
Changes to plan or pricing
If Caznet makes a materially detrimental change to your plan or pricing, you will receive at least 30 days' written notice and may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.
