About this service
Caznet Microsoft Teams Calling uses Direct Routing to connect Microsoft Teams to the public telephone network via Caznet's certified Session Border Controller (SBC) infrastructure. Staff make and receive calls directly within the Teams app on any device. Caznet provides the carrier-side service — channels, call rates, numbers and support. Intended for business use only. Not suitable for call centre or high-volume calling.
What you need
A Microsoft 365 subscription is required. Each user making or receiving external calls must hold a Microsoft Teams Phone Standard licence (included in Microsoft 365 E5; available as an add-on to other plans). Caznet can supply Microsoft 365 licensing or you can use your own. A broadband internet connection is required.
Microsoft licensing — not supplied by Caznet unless requested
The Caznet monthly charge covers Direct Routing channels only. Microsoft 365 and Teams Phone Standard licences are charged separately — by Microsoft or by Caznet if you choose to have Caznet supply them. Contact Caznet for Microsoft 365 licensing pricing.

Billing
Billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month for that calendar month. New services are billed from the service start date to the end of that month, then monthly thereafter. Channels can be added or removed at any time — adjustments are reflected on the next bill.

Direct debit, credit card, or EFT. Payment details are shown at the bottom of your invoice.

Optional add-ons

Bundling
A Microsoft 365 subscription with Teams Phone Standard licensing is required for each user (not included in Caznet's channel charge). Caznet channels can be used independently of your internet provider, though pairing with a Caznet internet service is recommended for single-provider support.
Qualifications — when service may be restricted or cancelled
Caznet may suspend or cancel this service if you: fail to pay your account; breach our Acceptable Use Policy or service agreement; use the service for call centre, telemarketing or auto-dialling purposes; engage in abusive conduct toward staff; or as required by law.
Changes to plan or pricing
If Caznet makes a materially detrimental change to your plan or pricing, you will receive at least 30 days' written notice and may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.
