About this service

Caznet SIP Trunks are carrier-grade virtual voice lines delivered over the internet, hosted on Caznet's voice platform in Adelaide. SIP trunks connect any SIP-compatible phone system to the public telephone network. Intended for business use only. Not suitable for residential use or high-volume call centre applications.

What you need

A SIP-compatible phone system is required (on-premise PBX, cloud PBX or SIP gateway). A broadband internet connection is required — each concurrent call channel uses approximately 100 Kbps of bandwidth. Caznet can advise on compatibility before you order.

Availability

Available to businesses Australia-wide with a compatible internet connection and SIP-capable phone system. There are no geographic restrictions on the service itself — channels are activated remotely. Configuration assistance is available from Caznet's Adelaide-based team.
