The problem

AusCloud365 provides Microsoft 365 and cloud services to Adelaide businesses. As their client base grew, they needed a way to deliver a consistent, end-to-end solution including internet, voice, and infrastructure.

Without access to wholesale telecommunications products, their customers remained on a mix of third-party internet and phone providers, limiting control over performance, support, and overall service quality.

They also lacked the ability to host their own infrastructure, restricting their ability to expand into IaaS, VPS, and private cloud offerings.

What we did

Caznet delivered a managed wholesale model across internet, voice, fibre, and data centre services, enabling AusCloud365 to bundle and resell these services directly to their customers.

This included NBN Business Internet services ranging from 100 Mbps through to 1 Gbps, along with fibre internet for higher performance requirements. Caznet also managed multiple FTTP upgrades for AusCloud365 clients, improving speed and reliability where required.

For voice, Caznet handled provisioning, configuration, and number porting for business phone systems and SIP trunking, significantly reducing the operational overhead for AusCloud365.

Caznet's data centre services enabled AusCloud365 to deploy and host their own infrastructure, allowing them to expand into infrastructure-as-a-service, virtual private servers, and private cloud solutions.

The result

AusCloud365 now delivers a complete, end-to-end solution including internet, voice, and cloud infrastructure under their own brand, backed by Caznet's network and support.

They have improved consistency and reliability across their customer base, reduced complexity in managing third-party providers, and created new revenue streams through wholesale and infrastructure services.

With ongoing deployments across internet, fibre, voice, and data centre, AusCloud365 continues to grow their service portfolio and client base with Caznet as a key partner.
